Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Law, International relations, European studies and similar;
At least 5 years of professional experience of preparing tenders and managing EU Framework Contracts, especially in the fields of economic / SME / private sector development;
Ability to work both in English and ideally also French. Spanish is an asset;
Proven experience of identifying winning CVs/experts and implementing FWC projects;
Excellent drafting and editing skills;
Capacity to work within a team;
Willingness to travel, if required;
Capacity for independent operation, decision-making and initiative-taking;
Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), internet / social media and databases (e.g. DevelopmentAid, DocFetcher).
Responsibilities:
Coordination and management of the FWC work;
Handling of incoming requests for services, identifying experts, editing CVs, negotiating contracts and drafting proposals for FWC assignments;
Mobilisation and planning of resources and experts for the implementation of FWC assignments;
Contractual and financial management of individual FWC contracts;
Conducting field monitoring missions to backstop projects, if required;
Monitoring of services rendered and experts’ performance evaluation;
Controlling quality of project deliverables;
Serving as liaison point for the Contracting Authority, Consortium lead and/or project beneficiaries;
Integration, performance and effectiveness of the FWC activities;
Business development in respect to current and future FWCs.

Qualifications and Skills | Education at least Masters Degree or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience. Pinto Consulting GmbH is looking for an experienced Framework Contract Manager for the EU Framework Contract Services External Aid (SIEA 2018) Lots 2, 4 and 6 to lead our existing and future FWC activities in coordination with the Managing Director.
